Folks: I just received a note (proxy vote) re AMZN shareholder meeting on May 20. They are proposing to increase AMZN common stock from 300 million to 1.5 billion shares. This has been approved by the BOD. Watch for this date for a possible split announcement (if no split is announced tomorrow). God Bless You All
