The goal of Western diplomacy, peace in the Balkans, was admirable, but what is much less admirable is the lengh to which politicians will lie and do stupid things to cover up their failures.

In that respect, Blair is especially obscene when he jumps up and down about sending ground forces while the contribution of the British to the NATO coalition is so small, and his lack of military credentials is so painfully obvious. His daily improvisation of new far reaching international doctrines for the New World Order is pitifull to watch.
