I posted this on the board before and it seem to fall on deaf ears. It is saying that Net2Phone and ICQ have entered a partnership. It seems to me that it confirms AOL is the other partner. The info is available from their site at quicknet.net. I just ordered one of their cards so I can't say for sure how much it improves Net2phone performance. Sounds like pretty substantial news to me.
