Let us not forget the ticker spamming issue. Seems pretty obvious to me that BW has turned a blind eye to a questionable practice in what could be interpreted as an attempt to gain competitive advantage over their competitors that do not permit ticker spamming. I think it's unreasonable to expect wire services to take on the role of the SEC but BW should explain why they allow the spamming to continue particularly since they are making such loud noises about their good name and accusing others of malice.
