Curly, I think that they did this once before just to find that their share buying was mistimed. There were also some ramblings from the converts holders, buying shares at few times book and when the company is still expected to lose money for another quarter, may not be considered "fiduciarily responsible".

Jay, In relationship to that cash, an interesting question might be could some of this cash be deployed to broaden CYMI's technological base by acquisition of companies in a much weaker financial position.
