Chris-

Thanks a lot for the notes. I have a few questions, though.

·You said "There has been $50 growth in this hand held category."
What did you mean by this?

·When will the Star Wars games be coming out? I assume these are for Hasbro Games Group, correct?

·You said "The overall handheld market is up over 10%!!! in the first 2 months of 99."
Is 10% supposed to be a lot? It doesn't seem like it.

·The facings are up 50% at Walmart so far this year? Do you mean that RADA has 50% more shelf space than it did last spring?

·$300 million in sales by 2001? Does this mean $300 million in FY2000 (by 2001), or FY2001 (by the end of 2001)? There's a big difference.

·What are the 3 diverse types of "profit units" they expect to have by 2001?

·Any idea why GKM hasn't issued some kind of coverage on RADA? I think the stock may actually be lower than it was when they first retained GKM. Generally, the type of stock depression that RADA has experienced is due to relentless shorting and downward pressure from market makers. Was this issue mentioned at all?

·Is Sharegate/Utel going to make money by selling hardware only, or will they have a hand in the service revenues?

Thanks again for your efforts. I appreciate your answering my questions, in advance.

Regards,

Todd
