Can you explain to me how folks talk about 40 as a good buy out bid, when coms best rolling 4q period the company earned 1.88 per share hit a high of about 80. Their worse 4q's they mad .45 and hit a low 22. Now the last 4qs they've made 1.02 and the stock hit a low of 20. Why? Because MM have a thing for EB. This thing is now making money in the triple digits and they think $40 is Great price! I just don't get it. What coms to mind are stories you see on about some guy going to a garage sale an picks up a piece of art for 10 bucks. The new owner has the bright idea looking behind the mat and it was signed by Rembrandt.
