Can any of you (beloved and appreciated) techies enlighten a simple, battered G* investor whether the I* problems written up in yesterday's WSJ article (won't work in a building, for example, or requires specific antenna pointing) will also apply to G*?

I* seemed to try to blame all their problems on the poor dumb schmucks...err, customers who simply Don't Get It, and try to do silly things like place calls from their hotel rooms instead of standing outside in the rain. I hope this arrogance doesn't poison the well for us all.
