Doug, In a way a 20:1 will bring the price to $1.50 or so and a funder will get have the company if he buys a million shares for $1.5 million. Would anyone buy Bumbat for $1.5 M?, not likely, so there are other plans afoot just in case Bumbat just stays there closed down for years. There may be better and easier ventures out there. With $ in kitty MGR can be fox in the henhouse and snap up a few tender morsels of other distressed juniors and the new investor will be firmly in possession of a solid control block from which to operate with no fears.
