I've done neither. I just grumble alot. I had a bad day with my dell too. I am way, way too long on dell. My average is fine (about 39.75) but I hate giving a penny back. I had the finger on speed dial to the house to dump it at 45.5 since 46 is heavy resistance. Didn't do it and it cost me 4,000 dollars. F&^K!!
