Philip Morris Companies Inc was boosted by news it had won access to the names of 400,000 Florida Medicaid patients to help its challenge to the financial claims of the state of Florida. The state is suing tobacco companies for more than a billion dollars in Healthcare costs associated with smoking-related sickness. Shares were up 1/4 at 135-3/8.
