Keith, you have to keep one thing in mind with the Nov.97 high, MCF was a different company then. I think the stigma of that era has been lifted and MCF is percieved by many as a new company, therefore I would argue that the old high would not be valid in this case. I would think we are in new territory here,that's not to say we will see $6 or$7 on Wednesday, but I would characterize this as a new plateau we are in the midst of being in.

At this time MCF also did not even own the PPL group of companies. This in itself has changed the face of MCF to a large degree. The SGI aquisition solidifies my belief even further that MCF is not the same company it was on Nov.97 Therefore I would argue we can't use the same
yardstick on MCF that we would be acustomed to use with most companies that have not made any stransition points that are so obvious.
