mookie--

i havent looked at the charts since the close so this may not be entirely accurate...

on the 60 minute...

the DMI (as i recall) was still positive. the stochastics were holding in a range around 80 which is high for me, but its maintaining. the biggest thing i am looking at...and the one thing that has given me faith in the stock... is the OBV. there is a great looking stairstep on the (i think) 30 minute chart. all during today, the 60 minute OBV trended higher, even when the stock price was declining. someone is buying, they are buying quite a bit and they are doing it in a smart way by not driving up the price to the extent you would normally see.

from all this, i would say we are not going to break the trendline, we are going to BLOW through it. should be interesting. there are the usual caveats, we could have a huge sell off in the nas manana and everything could fall apart. CS could issue PR saying they are determined to remain independent<G>. a suitcase nuke could go off in midtown....the list is endless.

but, more likely than not, the volume will shine through and the stock will move higher.

good luck to all,
trey
