I like this company fundamentally, BUT this is a good chunk of insider selling. If there is no news by then, this stock could be hurt in the short term. Does the investor read this as "hmmmmm these guys are preparing to sell, maybe they are anticipating a northern move" OR does the investor say " hmmmmm the insider selling-off is never a good sign - never." I am a firm believer in the second option (unfortunately, since I am long). Am I going out on a limb in suggesting that many of the insiders hold cheap paper via the warrants? I have no clue on how to call this one. From experience, does anyone ever recall an insider report followed by a good northern move? U1
