Vitas: My interest in the Advance /decline issues line would be when it makes a new low in the current downtrend. That is easy to see in the chart. decisionpoint.com However, for a week, I have been watching the possibility of a decline in the INDU and NYSE from id-week to the end of this week. At this point, I consider any dip a buying opportunity. One thing to watch is the number of INDU points that IBM owes the market. It is up around 40 points in the last several days and yesterday ended their little publicity spree. So it owes the market about 100 INDU points on a decline. I continue to consider the DOT to be very important. It gives us an opportunity to view the key traders reaction to a decline. Gotta go.
