I just bought a couple thousand shares last week. I have not followed closely, but do have a friend who has been touting for some time. I reviewed 10K etc on internet and was impressed by tenant stability, etc. Looks like a solid realty firm. Yield is good and insider trading (which is key to me is positive). I like this sector and have been looking to select some more real estate interests to get into. Good luck.
