It looks like you've been up all night! Well, that don't hurt once in a while.

I've spoken with the law firm of Solon, Solon, & Solon. They claim that: whereas said B/W had a duty to exert and exercise reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of material for consideration of release and whereas there appears to be failure in the exercise of that care it is concluded that they knew or ought to have known that the release was an artistic and educational April Fools joke and it is also asserted that they ought to have used an abundance of caution during the period in question and that they should,thereafter to the discovery of their error, have taken what steps were appropriate and reasonable to remedy their error and so forth and so on and without prejudice, thought, or attempt to express anything other than our humble opinion at Solon, Solon, & Solon.
