Matsushita has their own two-chip DVD set for their 1st generation DVD players. Your going to have to wait to see if the select CUBE to replace their own.

ECHOstar is a strange animal. Both LSI and CUBE named Echostar as a big customer in January. Reports from the field seem to indicate that LSI is the name found most often inside the boxes. I don't know why CUBE would name them if they had lost/ were lossing the business. Don't count on ECHOstar, but again, we need to wait.
