I suggest that the best way to handle these shorters and the various pumper/dumpers is to ignore them. If they can't get a reaction they will go somewere else to reek theri havoc. They live on reaction. By talking to them you empower them and help promote their cause. This is counter productive. You do good work. Don't waste your valuable time on these kruds.
