I had a ten minute chat with Doug Hume yesterday. He is adamant the play is alive. He is convinced this is not a localized phenenomom. The nickel experts at N and FL agree with him. Something is there. As for how much we don't know yet. But there is more than Mondays results indicate.
He does concede that the geology is tougher than he and the geos thought. I asked about spring breakup and how that would affect the program. Might put it on hold for about 3 weeks to a month at the most.
Still lots of work left and DH is defiant that the play is NOT over.
