Immi, I don't believe it is a question of whether Cascade's management is credible or not. I believe the real question is whether David Alger is credible or not. Apparently, his legal department doesn't share his enthusiasm to sue, or they would be. Also, the SEC would be looking into illegal insider trading issues, if it were truely the case. Thank Mr Alger for an excellent buying opportunity and wish him the best of luck on his next"lawsuit". Kent
