<ELOT> Here's a scenerio I can see happening. One of the multi-state lotteries (ie: Powerball, Florida, etc.) has a jackpot of $150 million or so. The media jumps on it, mentioning that anyone can buy tickets over the internet and don't have to drive to the state. People start buying a lot of tickets. Other lottery organizers see this buying frenzy and join with ELOT. It might work.
