I think someone else is pissed as well (Ralph LaBarge). Maybe if we all rise to this occasion we can get something done like TRGC investors did. What do you all think?????? From the ESVS.com site... Did you know that Enhanced Services Company, Inc. (ESVS)Ê has issued over 2,000,000 new common shares, and issued options for over 1,000,000 new common shares in the past year? Did you know that under the ESVS Articles of Incorporation and applicable SEC regulations ESVS is not allowed to issue new shares in excess of 20% of the current number of outstanding shares without prior Shareholder approval? Did you know that ESVS has not held a Shareholders meeting for more than 2 years? Ê How did ESVS issue so many new common shares and options without getting Shareholder approval?
