I don't know why I am responding other than to say I hold this (along with my nose) and I was not pleased with the company's announcement today. Why did Haas take the job and then quit ? I am not sure how to read this. With the auditors that they have, this is almost inexcusable although I have not really read enough to understand what exactly was done improperly. So ... no help but frustrated here and it always helps to know you're not alone. But this is the second company I have owned in the last four months that has traded below its cash value per share. Good luck.
