Agreed but the recovery will come later. Right now chip makers are purchasing equipment they absolutely need. The big recovery will come once there is large demand for faster chips. Right now there is no demand for faster processors as the PIII indicates. My guess is that the next major demand will come once wide band Internet is deployed.
