Seems that the American Government & Major Banks have the CB's of the G6 (and others) talked into parroting "IMF Sales" to gain support for the war in the Balkans. When the economy is going well, they appear to have little problems at home getting the money to fund it. On the news this AM, Clinton was looking fo 6 bln and it looks like they want to give him 12 bln (or something like that). Nice up tick on the POG today. Up 1.35 earlier. Winzer
