Isn't it interesting that Congress is backing him
on this? It has to be the first time since '94
that the Congress has actually backed Bill Clinton
on anything. Now Clinton has the money...he must
lead this nation into battle. I predict;

1) Lots of gore.

2) Strategy failure.

3) Blame shifting.
