I believe the owner of the website, who happens to be a significant shareholder of ESVS, is trying to vote the current board of directors out!!!!! I'm just sorry he didn't take action sooner. Oh well, hopefully the shareholders can get these scamming bastards out and maybe the company will have a chance at their original plan. CWIII
