Hi Michael, Web Street is not a public company and it has no parent company. It is owned by Yosef Yehuda Fox (goes by the name Joe Fox) and located in Deerfield Il. He has declared bankruptcy once already (be forewarned). There are only a few people working there, typical of a scam operation: shady past, small operation, lots of talk, short on performance. They have a nice web page, but they cannot be trusted to deliver on what they advertise for trading. A recent news article indicated they are trying to enter the European market, but if they treat the Europeans like they treat us, that will go nowhere. Be very careful and watch your back side if you want to do business with them. Dave
