Greg,

I've got a story like that one, almost as bad. Won't go into the gory details but sat on the runway at O'Hare for over 5 hours. Summertime, plane was hot, packed, every seat was taken. Missed connecting flight at my destination, had to be boarded onto a school bus and driven over 3 hours to S. Hampton NY.

Unreal.
