Shouldn't BW care more about eliminating their abuse by frauds than by pranksters? BW doesn't think it was a prank. They think it was (from their own press release): online hoax The bogus press release a fake solicitation for investments the phony press release the hoax false assertions fraudulent investment schemes alleges violations of federal and state trademark laws, fraud, breach of contract, defamation and conspiracy Oh, the disclaimer covers the Bre-X's.
