Thank you for your information, JSI, but I'm not sure if we are talking about the same chip or not. I was referring to the II 300 mobile processor (for the notebooks).

CPQ's line of Armada notebooks I'm looking at are hardly cheap. The 7800 standard II 300 configuration with Windows 95 can be purchased at **discount** for $3,635. The 7400 goes (discounted) for about $2,900.
