Richard, OT *** I have tried MicroCenter but haven't seen much need to prefer it to Fry's. They do carry some items Fry's does not have, like e-machines. On MU predicting the semi equips: it's a shaky relationship. AMAT price is disappointing now, but the fact that SEMI orders are still way below the 1997 peak reassures me. Price may go sideways longer than history suggests, then move up again. Rumor has it the stair case workers quit en masse for better pay elsewhere.:) Gottfried
