It's a virus Kevin, I've got it on my computer too.

I believe it is called the "berg" virus and it punishes its victim by forcing him to read an extra 20 IOM posts each day. It seems there is no protection, but there is a rumor that if you use the "skip" anti-toxin and avoid all contact with the source, the virus might move along and spread its infection somewhere else.
