3dfx got the proxy packages out pretty late for an April 30 meeting. I'm sure that's why they're using priority post and phone calls to get the votes in. Wish they could've given the shareholders another week or more to vote since % voting is important.

The "good" news on the recent decline is that the purchase of STB will cost less so less goodwill into the future to drag down earnings.
