Look at UIHIA, DBCC, WCAP, LPGL. My guess is that DLIA is moving up relative to TURF in anticipation of TURF Street coverage. Once that is out of the way I expect the discount to begin widening again.

Good luck on the 15-20% discount thing, maybe you're right and it will be different this time.
