VM -

I'm a sometimes poster here and a CSCO fan, big fan. I don't follwo this thread very much because I got bored reading Jachs diatribe against this great company.

Having said that it seems to me that the market will probably take a small dive after the end of April, 1st week in May because:-

1. A lot of tax/retirement cash goes into the market in April

2. Earnings season is over and the market then gets sort of becalmed and when it gets beclamed it tanks

3. It's had a huge run up and its probably better that it has a break and then continues higher, than continues up in a straight line non-stop. It's just healthier.

It just seems to me that this earnings season theatre is developing a bit of a pattern. Sure the greats INTC, MSFT, CSCO will continue but they may have passed their historic fastest growing periods and although they will be better than almost all the companies their size they will be sort of vulnerable to the post earnings season party blues more than htey used to be. A bit like some of us who, now we are a little older, have a little moe difficulty recovering afte a great alchoholic party the night before. We can still deliver of course but it sort of gets harder.

Best regards,

L
