To all: First we hear that SNDK will manufacture its MP3 cards in China, at a state-of-the-art, low cost facility. Then we learn today that SNDK will manufacture its multimedia card at its new factory in Taiwan, also a state-of-the-art, low cost facility. Any more good news like this should surely take the price down to 20. Maybe its weakness is due to a pullback today for many other tech stocks, particularly the high priced internet issues. Or maybe the market capitalization of SNDK is still too small to warrant recognition by larger investors. I can only conclude that the present weakness is another buying opportunity - one which will evaporate quickly when the investment community realizes the huge increase in flash memory units being shipped. Since some of the new production doesn't begin until May, the share price may remain depressed for at least another month.
