Talked to Mike. He's busy getting ready for the Friday meeting.

He indicated that the actual # of free trading shares is less than 500K shares, perhaps 300K. The 200K difference is Certs that haven't been mailed out yet, old shell owners that can't be found, etc. I asked him if he can re-verify the #s. He'll look at the DTC reports next week.

He has also heard of rumors of a short position.

Also, I asked him for a transcript of the meeting, so we can post it here.
