G'day all ye soon to be ex-briteheads <sg>, Mark, since you and I are on the same page regarding BVSI, nothing more needs to be said there. Regarding INTV, it is actually a good company. The company I am at right now is using its products. I am a dinosaur working on the DB2/Oracle backend, so I don't know the details; but it is said that our IVR is a stable performer with a substantial load. Looking at its price, it's almost tempting. However, I probably won't touch it for 2 reasons 1) flipping thru the latest issue of "Computer Telephony," the whole sector except situation noteables like GeoTel, it is performing poorly; and 2) since Mr Brannan will be the Vice Chairman of the merged company, I don't think I like the idea
