Since the lawsuit is a public document, I will endeavor to post the entire "complaint" sometime today. I feel this will allow everyone to see exactly what Business Wire is alleging. Sure this is only Business Wire's side of the argument and sure their intent is to state their case in the strongest possible manner, but, hey, I think people on SI have a right to see this information regardless of the picture it paints of "us". Obviously I'm dying to comment on this stuff and it pains me not to, but, as one might expect, Janice and Bill and I have to first run everything by the lawyers. Suffice to say, plenty of activity is taking place behind the scenes. ;^)

To whet your appetite, here's misconduct #30:

30. Defendants have engaged in similar fraudulent activities involving fake investment schemes in the past and have indicated that they plan to disseminate information intended to defraud the press and the public regarding investment opportunities again in the near future.

No, I'm not kidding.
