Art - Surely by now you recognize teh SNDK two-step. Loads of great announcements a veritable flood of good news against a background of a massive increase in the market for CF and now for both CF and MMC's is inevitably followed almost the same day by the stock price tanking. Sure as night follows day. No problem you sort of get used to it. Just think of those that went for the secondary at over $28 in November 1997!!!!!! Good old SNDK will get there in the end though. Eli is actually very very good and they have got a good team and clearly some very good R&D. Best regards, L
