I agree with you. Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle says basically that if you try to measure one quantity, you inevitably alter the system itself, and therefore can't be certain about other quantities.

<(2) The question about the clock --- which is more accurate, a clock that is slow or a clock that has stopped? Answer. The clock that has stopped. Why? Because the stopped clock is right twice in 24 hours but the slow clock is never correct.>

Just for the sake of argument, what would happen if you "manipulate" both clocks and make them travel at the speed of light? Remember we are talking about a huge manipulation of forces, on the level of say...IMF gold sales :)
