DVUI & TDIT Consolidation Letter of Intent Expires; No Further Consolidation Discussions Anticipated

'Dimensional Visions to Focus on its Significant Recent Orders Utilizing its Patent Pending Halo Graphic DV3D Animotion Lithographic Processing System'

PHOENIX, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Dimensional Visions Incorporated (OTC Bulletin Board: DVUI - news), a Phoenix based company and a leading provider of special integrated marketing solutions and integrated product/packaging solutions today announced that the Consolidation ''Letter of Intent'' dated December 21, 1998 between DVUI and TDIT has expired. Because DVUI has received significant orders from Plymouth, Inc., Bank One, Structural Graphics, and Phoenix Displays within the last 30 days, DVUI has decided to concentrate on its current business demands and does not anticipate further consolidation discussions between the two companies.

John D. McPhilimy, DVI Chairman & CEO stated, ''While the consolidation of the two firms would have provided synergistic integration of TDIT's patented photographic print system and DVUI's patent pending lithographic print system, we decided to concentrate all of our marketing resources on our patent pending HALO Graphic DV3D® Animotion(TM) lithographic processing system, and therefore the reverse split identified in the Letter of Intent dated December 21, 1998 is null and void.''

Chart looks pretty good Tim. No reverse split. All DVUI needs is some volume.
