I just finished talking with GLE's Larry Kyle. He has informed me that Foundation Equity Corporation filed with the TSE so that "in the future" they would be able to take advantage of price appreciation in GLE. Mr. Carry Brown Pres. of Foundation Equity Corporation does not intend on selling at this time. His hope is that they would be able to transfer as a block, the shares to a mutual fund , but again, not at these prices.

Foundation Equity Corporation was a venture capital company that funded GLE in the early 90's and have been holding there position since then. Because they control such a large block of GLE, they had to file to sell "ANY" shares in GLE, therefore it was prudent to ask for a large block all at once, instead of dribs and drabs.

Foundation Equity Corporation will act in a responsible way, and will not put any undue selling pressure on the stock!
