sorry Joe maybe you missed my post.. this is INTERNAL corporate documents... i just can't throw it on the web for the world to see without full approval... i have a 21month old baby girl that depends on me keeping my job.. I'm waiting on one email from someone then I should be able to post the info... it's nothing new... other than it confirms and validates the alliances with EDIG as well as gives ME assurances that EDIG is for real and has some "big" backing. jim
