This is pure speculation Rampant...but, if Delphi wanted to take an equity position in GLE how would that be achieved??? I will place a cyberbet that those 2,000,000 goto Delphi as part of the "deal"!! Remember the deal is for the whole SOFC project! My theory only! the Chief
