Bob: a couple of possible acquisitions are under investigation. I don't want to say how far along they are or what the chances of success might be as I don't have those answers. They appear to be very high potential oil/gas plays from what I've heard; probably wildcat or close to it. It seems the market is moving in the direction of the $0.15 level for private placement financing. I really like the chart now!! Dale
