The company has declared that management has been approached with a number
of corporate proposals to provide increased shareholder value and will be
choosing a worthy project forthwith and will make the announcement
accordingly. In order to be in a position to finance a worthy project the
company is presently negotiating a working capital private placement with
two Canadian brokerage firms for proceeds of $2-million at 20 cents per
share with a two year warrant exercisable at 25 cents per share.
The company is also pleased to welcome Andrew Stibbs to the board of
directors.
