I think it's unfortunate that you took the comparison chart only out as far as 50 months. If you look out the longer term (100 months: techstocks.com, ORCL's 3500% return nearly equals the return of Microsoft and easily whips Intel and Sun. And from 1990 until the very very end of 1996, it had the second best return of all your heavyweights (only Cisco was better). Yes, Oracle has struggled the last couple of years, but that doesn't mean that it still isn't one of the most profitable software companies of all time, and one that LE can be proud of.
